Devon and Dorset are the most popular English counties according to a recent survey by YouGov. It's hardly surprising when its home to some of the most beautiful coastlines in the British Isles, misty moorlands and historic places of interest.

Dorset is well known for its limestone arch, Durdle Door and the highest cliff on the southern shore. Steeped in heritage and history dating back to prehistoric times Dorset is also packed full of castles, abbeys, historic houses and ancient sites. While Devon is known for its quaint villages, moors and countless interesting and beautiful natural attractions, including England’s highest waterfall and the underground home of the oldest known human settlement in Britain.
